Does anyone know how to contact a company Pro tech that sells children’s toy cassette players?
Justin004004 asked:
I purchased a toy cassette sing-a-long player from Kroger. When I put batteries into the machine, they become extremely hot. The machine has never been used and does not work. I cannot find a address or phone number on the box or the directions. The model number is 52301.

There are so many companies with the name PROTech that I’m left wondering which one manufactured your cassette player. I wish I knew more about the product you bought so that I could help you. I would suggest you return the player to Kroger, though. Even if you don’t have the receipt, they may offer you store credit for your purchase. Of course, that presumes Kroger still carries the product and it’s still in the computer database. I made the mistake of buying a product once from Safeway and I lost the receipt. When I tried to return the product, a store employee told me they didn’t carry the item. Good luck! I wish I could have been greater help to you.
